FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What kind of dogs is Wickedbone Air suitable for?

Wickedbone Air is designed for small, medium, and large dogs. It's great for indoor play and helping dogs burn off energy, but it's not designed for aggressive chewers.

How do I play with Wickedbone Air?

Wickedbone Air has two play modes. Auto Mode keeps your dog entertained with playful, unpredictable movements, making it great for those times when you're busy. In Drive Mode, you can steer with the virtual joystick or choose from six preset movement patterns to enjoy playtime together.

What if the outer shell wears out?

You can replace the outer shell without replacing the whole toy. For extra peace of mind, Wickedbone Air Care offers 12 months of coverage for eligible shell damage, with up to 4 approved replacements.

Want more value with your purchase? The Wickedbone Air Care Bundle includes Wickedbone Air, an extra shell, and 12-month Care coverage at a better bundled price!

How is Wickedbone Air different from the original Wickedbone?

Wickedbone Air builds on feedback from the original Wickedbone with four key upgrades: a Bluetooth range of up to 50 m, a lighter 246 g design, an E-TPU outer shell, and a larger 600 mAh battery.

Where can I download the Cheerble app?

You can download the official Cheerble app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Visit our Cheerble App page to explore its features and find the right download link for your device.

What if my dog doesn't take to Wickedbone Air?

Every dog has its own play style. You can return Wickedbone Air within 60 days, as long as the toy is complete and in good condition.
